As part of your kickstart, you’ll also complete a body scan—with results sent directly to your app. This scan provides a clear snapshot of your starting point and forms the benchmark we’ll use to track your progress over time.

In your second appointment, your trainer will guide you through your personalised program in detail. You’ll walk through each component of your training plan to ensure you’re confident using the equipment, understand the correct techniques, and feel fully supported in your routine. This step sets you up for success and builds momentum as you begin your training journey.

Every six weeks, you’ll reconnect with your trainer to review your progress and complete a new body scan. These regular check-ins help us keep your program aligned with your evolving goals, giving you the tools and accountability you need to stay on track.
