From Cricket Icon to Community Heartbeat

Perth’s home of elite sport, now a training ground for you too.

The Pavilion brings rich tradition and fresh energy to The WACA Ground. This new destination is designed for movement, connection and everyday living. Inspired by the cricket pavilion where players gather, prepare and celebrate, it’s your place to swim, train, learn and play. Funded through a partnership between the Western Australian Government, Australian Government, City of Perth, WA Cricket, and Cricket Australia, this project is a key part of the $1.7 billion Perth City Deal, supporting the transformation of East Perth into a lively, accessible, and inclusive precinct that can be enjoyed by the community year-round
